Personal Statement

I am a friendly and approachable counsellor and will not push you in any direction you don't wish to go until you are ready. I work using a Person Centred approach which means that you are in control of what you wish to explore within your counselling sessions.

Only you know what is best for you and the answers to your problems lie within you. I will provide you with 50 minutes each week in a safe, confidential space to listen and help you explore any difficulties you are experiencing. I have eight years experience working with both children and adults in primary care and educational settings with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma.
