Our first session is to build a connection so that working together is enjoyable.

My fundamental principle is to help you find some equilibrium in life, whereby you can express your authenticity and gain a stronger sense of your identity.

I provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Collaboratively we can talk through your difficulties, look at how events in the past might have affected the way you are living in the present; and identify solutions so that you can make appropriate changes to feel that you have more autonomy in your day-to-day life.

I will tailor the therapy to your needs using person-centred talking therapy, CBT or creative exercises.
