Special interest areas

As a person centred counsellor, I seek to engage fully with the person I am working with. I am not going to judge or direct where we go. I am certainly not going to quiz them or put them on the spot. We work in the moment to think and explore what that individual has brought to the session. .

Personal Statement

Currently, we are all trying to deal with huge amounts of uncertainty, whether it be concerns about our own personal circumstances or wider ones regarding our relationships with other nations or even climate change. We don't live in a bubble. In terms of Counselling, my hope is that, because I have no agenda with my client, they can then talk freely and openly about their own anxieties in a way that enables them to resolve some or all of their worries and begin to move forward, with support. I am genuine and sincere in my endeavours. I am very keen that we establish a mutually agreed working relationship from the start. I am a good listener. I am a person-centred counsellor. I work in the moment.
