Personal Statement
Mental health difficulties, which are felt in the mind and the body, are incredibly difficult to sort out on your own, we lose objectiveness and feel overwhelmed. I work alongside you, building trust and care, to help and explain what might be happening. This slows down your racing thoughts, heartbeat and allows you to breath.
Together we calm you down, so that you can begin to process your fears, experiences, whatever seems too big for you to bare.
As an Integrative therapist, I have lots of different tools and insights to support you, as no one size fits all.
