Personal Statement

I am experienced in working with children, adults and families, with short term, mid- range and long-term therapy.

The person-centred approach I use allows client to have a safe and confidential space to discuss most personal and general matters that affect one’s life. The Existential approach allows a deeper exploration into the experiences and dilemmas we come across in our lives, such the search for life’s meaning, anxiety, freedom of choices and the consequential responsibility to our self and our significant external relationships, as well as the exploration of death and loss. I allow my clients the freedom to explore their own experiences and meaning of their lives with the aim of reaching a level of authenticity that makes their lives to be more fulfilling.
