Special interest areas

I have particular experience working with sexuality, gender identity and Neurodiversity..

Personal Statement

I specialise in working with adult who don't feel like themselves. You may be feeling anxious, a bit 'flat', or maybe you're feeling as though you need to make changes to your life but aren't quite sure where or how to start.

I work collaboratively with you to explore reasons behind and ways to manage unhelpful and critical cognitive processes, or blocks to progress alongside broader exploration of identity which can come through life transitions or pre/post/suspected diagnosis of neurodiversity.
