Personal Statement

I provide a safe place, where you are free to explore the concerns and issues you have, without fear of being judged. As a BACP Therapist with training in Psychodynamic, Person Centred, CBT and Solution focused approaches I work short and long term depending on your needs. An initial assessment session helps set out what the issues are and how we will work together; addressing any concerns or questions you may have. In the initial assessment, the contract is discussed in addition to data protection/confidentiality protocols. Assessment is used to inform my professional judgement and give accurate support and assess risk, whilst progress is reviewed at regular intervals.
