Special interest areas

I work with individuals and with couples and have a particular interest working with clients on the Autistic Spectrum. I have a neurodiverse and trauma informed practice. .

Personal Statement

I offer a free fifteen-minute introductory session by telephone when you can discuss what you would like to explore in counselling and ask any questions.


I work with individuals and with couples. The counselling can be short-term or long-term depending on your own individual needs. My approach to counselling is person-centred and underpinned by facilitating an empathic, authentic and healing environment.


Couples may want to work through issues and difficulties in their relationship and improve communication. Counselling is a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to explore any issues that may emerge in the process.


I also offer psychoeducation,  breathing techniques, somatic/emotional regulation techniques when working with stress, anxiety, low mood and trauma.  I also have an interest in mindfulness.
