I create a warm, safe space where you are free to explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing, without judgment. A BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist & coach with 18 years of experience and qualified to Master's level.
I am trained to deliver different models of therapy including Solution-Focused, CBT, Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Mindfulness, Motivational interviewing, and Coaching. I have extensive experience working in a range of different settings including NHS IAPT, University, Corporate, EAP, and Private Practice.
