Personal Statement

I practice as an integrative therapist, meaning that I draw upon a variety of therapeutic techniques, dependant on each individual client and what they would like to get out of each session. Through establishment of a trustful therapeutic relationship we could, together, explore your past formative experiences and future concerns which may be impacting on your present day choices and decisions, and in the ways that you form and maintain relationships with others.
