Personal Statement
I work from a relational perspective with the belief that the person we become and how we cope with life was moulded in our earliest relationships. I will help you to explore the patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviour that you have developed that work well for you and those that don’t. Once we have more awareness, we then have more choice and control over how we live our lives to our best advantage. I offer psychotherapy and Havening Techniques, a gentle psychosensory approach, to support you to release what you’re holding in your nervous system from past difficult experiences and to help you soothe yourself and regulate your feelings. Whatever we do together, I will encourage your autonomy and your choice to live in a way that speaks to your soul. Therapy can be challenging and I will sit with you with compassion and empathy as you discover your best way forward.
