Special interest areas

I am an experienced and qualified Psychotherapist. I work with all forms of depression and anxiety including GAD (generalised anxiety disorder), OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and BDD (body dysmorphic disorder), panic attacks, panic disorder, low self esteem and low self confidence. I also work with clients with relationship concerns. Due to my Health Psychology training I specialise in working with Health Anxiety which currently is a concern for many people due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Health Anxiety is my special interest and I work with all types of health concerns..

Personal Statement

I am a CBT/REBT Therapist. REBT is an action-oriented approach that’s focused on helping people deal with irrational beliefs and learn how to manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours in a healthier, more realistic way. When people hold irrational beliefs about themselves or the world, problems can result. The goal of REBT is to help people recognize and alter those beliefs and negative thinking patterns in order to overcome psychological problems and mental distress.
