Special interest areas
I specialise in working with adults who are experiencing feelings of anxiety and don't understand why.
Personal Statement
My approach to working with clients experiencing Anxiety is to support them to explore their past experiences and establish the root cause of their Anxiety. I then use various therapy approaches to promote change for the client including Inner Child Therapy which connects the adult self to the younger child self.
The younger child self brings the unmet emotional needs from their childhood into the unconscious mind of the adult self. The therapy identifies the unmet needs and enables the adult self to reparent themselves. This enables the client to meet their own unmet emotional needs rather than depending on others in their lives.
