Special interest areas
I am an experienced staff and university counsellor. I have experience of counselling within schools, higher education as well as within the NHS hospitals and GP surgeries. I am experienced in counselling people from a number of different backgrounds and would describe be as someone who culturally aware.
I am a warm and compassionate counsellor. Experienced in supporting people through a number of difficulties. There is nothing to big or nothing to small that you cannot bring to counselling sessions. I provide you with a safe space, which will enable you to work through the current difficulties you may be dealing with. Counselling can be a positive tool to help change your life. It can support you with any transition you face, help you to work through goals you hope to achieve as well as support you with recovery of your mental health and wellbeing. Building strength and resourcefulness again for the future. It can also be an incredibly healing space.
