I work with individuals to help them overcome a range of mental health and emotional issues. I help my clients to explore and express their thought processes, feelings and behaviours. During sessions I help my clients to understand their inner conflicts and to find new ways to alleviate and deal with distress. I support my clients to make positive changes to the way they think and behave.
