Personal Statement

As a counsellor, I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate and understanding space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences.  I believe that every person deserves to be heard and valued for who they are and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Using a client centred and neruo-affirmative approach, I integrate creative and adaptable therapeutic techniques to support self-expression, emotional regulation, and personal growth.  Whether through talking, play or creative methods, I aim to foster confidence, resilience and a greater sense of wellbeing.

I recognise that the journey of self-discovery and healing looks different for everyone, and I work collaboratively to empower each client in a way that feels safe and meaningful for them.
