Personal Statement
I work in a collaborative way with my clients that is confidential and focusses on building a trusting, working relationship between us. My style is warm and accepting and I help my clients to find resources within themselves to find solutions to their problems. The decision to come for therapy can be difficult and is a brave one which can have great benefit for how we live our lives and find positive change. I offer my clients a safe space in which to do this. I discuss with my clients at the initial stage their expectations of therapy and the amount of sessions they would like and we then work within these parameters. I believe a client has a knowledge of themselves and I endeavour to give them autonomy over the process.
