Personal Statement

I am a qualified integrative Psychotherapist – this means I am practiced in gestalt psychotherapy and TA. My earlier training is Art Psychotherapy which was primarily Psychodynamic. All of this gives me the skills to work with clients in a relational and responsive way.  I look at how someone engages with me as their therapist and use this as a tool to explore what brought them to therapy – I can think with them about their relationships and work with what they ‘bring’ into the therapy room – work can be explorative, creative and meaningful.
