Personal Statement
I am an integrative psychotherapist trained in DBT and a qualified EMDR practitioner, with extensive experience supporting individuals in both public and private sectors, including NHS and police staff. I specialise in trauma-informed care, neurodiversity, and critical incident debrief support. I have experience in providing support on neurodevelopmental pathways, as well as being a trained ADOS-2 assessor. In addition to my therapeutic work, I am a trained clinical supervisor, providing supervision to other mental health professionals.
I work collaboratively and compassionately, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. I aim to support people in understanding themselves better, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. I offer both 1:1 and group work, delivered face-to-face and remotely, creating a flexible and accessible therapeutic environment.
